All items are shipped up to 5 work days* from our studio in Israel. If you need your order asap, let me know and we will do our best to speed it up.

*Unless the print is out of stock and a new print needs to be created. In this case, the print will be out within three weeks from the date of ordering.

Express option is possible, but price is pending each order weight and destination.

If your purchase is held up by customs, any duties and payments are the responsibility of the buyer. The duties vary from country to country, and we cannot estimate nor pay these fees. 

 

Yes. When ordering the shipment, a tracking number is given.

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days from when you received it and we will work out a refund or exchange. We will not cover the shipping cost back. 

Your refund will be issued once we receive your purchase and find it in salable condition.
